One day our garage door motor just stopped working like it wasn’t getting any power. Russell quickly identified the problem and used warranties and available discounts to make it a less expensive day!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and fixed our problem and then made some other much needed updates to our system! Would happily work with Russell again in the future if needed!

Precision Garage Door is an exceptional company for all of your garage door service needs. Scheduling an appointment is fast and easy. We have always experienced same day service, which we greatly appreciate. Our garage door was in need of a new rubber bead that quiets the garage door as it closes. We also needed a new bottom retainer to hold the rubber bead. Due to the current supply shortage for many items, the bottom retainers were hard to find. Russell Holland was our technician. He went out of his way and made special effort to look through their warehouse to see if he could find one for us. He found one but was not sure if it would fit. He called and came out the next day to make sure it would fit our garage door size. It was the correct size for our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in finding the part that was needed to complete our job. Our sincere gratitude for his superior work ethic and professionalism.

Russell was awesome answered all my questioned changed all of our door opener mechanisms after replacing the new door opener motor.

On time and explained problem.

Finally did the short term repair of replacing the broken hinge so I can use door till the replacement door gets here in 2 months or so

I have been a Precision customer for many years. I recently had an issue with my garage door where it would randomly not close. I contacted Precision and they had a technician out within the hour. Bryan Narvaez was the technician. He evaluated the situation and provided options and costs to repair or replace the moto that he clearly explained. I chose to replace. He did this so quickly with obvious experience and expertise. Bryan was very patient showing me how to change the codes and syncing both garage doors to both two vehicles. He also did a thorough walk through of the operations and things I wouldn't have figured out because I wouldn't have read the manual. This was a fantastic experience and I'm thrilled with the door opener. I would highly recommend, and ask for Bryan!!
