I was very thrilled with the service. It was prompt and totally fixed my garage door. Trent did excellent work. I'm happy to recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Our existing garage door opener started malfunctioning one morning and I went to the internet to find someone to fix it. I called Precision Door and they had an opening that afternoon (thank heavens, same day!). The tech, Russell, was friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem in minutes: we need a new door opener (not welcome news, it was expensive.) Russell was quick and efficient and had the whole job done in a couple of hours, which was awesome! Here is the best part: My wife and I went out for dinner and when we got home and tried to shut the door, it didn't close properly. Russell had left us a his card, so I texted him. He called me the first thing the next morning and lead me through diagnosing the problem. It just needed some fine tuning of the safety lights. One of his fellow techs, Jeramy, showed up within minutes and fixed the problem. I'd work with this company any day and recommend them highly!

Trenton made some adjustments to the door and it works great. Very satisfied with his work. However, I was promised a call back two days ago which never happened. I could have done the adjustment myself had I gotten the call back and avoided the service call.

We had been looking for a new company to service our garage door for some time now. When one of the cables broke, we decided to give Precision a call. And I'm glad we did. They were able to get me an appointment and had my garage door repaired before noon the same day. I'm especially appreciative of Technician Trevor Cullens, who drove down from Ogden just to make sure Precision was able fix the door as agreed. Trevor was professional and personable. I would be more than happy to have him service my garage door whenever it needs attention. Too bad he is generally in the Ogden area. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for someone to service their garage door needs. They are my go-to garage door company from now on.

The technician did a great job, kept us informed on what they were doing and took the time to explain the new door opener and how it worked. And because the old opener wasn’t strong enough they put in a stronger one at no charge!!! I can’t say enough good things about them.
