The sales representative was a very nice, helpful and honest person. The door took months longer to arrive and we weren't notified of the delay initially. When contacted the company responded promptly, however. The door and the motor are very nice quality. Everything was installed in just a few hours by a very knowledgeable and experienced employee.

Scheduled service in morning for a door that ended up crooked. They were at my door within a few hours. Tech was nice and explained everything.
