Chandler was very respectful, competent and friendly. He acknowledged my concern for security. He taught me how to use the new remote, how to lube the door, how to program the keypad. He wore a mask which I appreciated. I had some time to visit with him outside while he worked, which was nice to do in these times of not able to socialize much. After two rescheduled appointments, finally had them replaced today. Aside from new doors, Blaine was AWESOME. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked tirelessly all day by himself to install these doors. Seriously ALL day. Hope he gets overtime. He made the experience tolerable. It would have been nice to have two installers to get job done sooner, but nothing bad to say about Blaine. It is nice to have working doors now! Long over due.

He done a real good job and he was polite and had a few headaches but he had got it done but I appreciate it and I thank you and your company very much and you need a pay raise
