The garage door breakdown happened late Friday afternoon. Unable to open the door I called Customer Service just before 5pm, explained the situation and got scheduled for a service visit early Monday morning. The tech texted me and arrived early within the scheduled arriving window. He quickly diagnosed the broken spring but was not able to start of the repair as the garage and car had to be removed for proper access to complete the repair. He quickly rearranged his schedule and we agreed that he would come back after lunch. We communicated via text and Russell arrived as agreed and completed the repair in just over an hour. The whole process from scheduling to the repair was excellent and efficient. Precision Door Service is a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended! Thank You!

Dylan was great. He was on another job in the area and was able to get to our house quickly the same day we requested service. He was kind, polite, and helpful. We are so grateful he was able to fix our garage door right away. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Precision Door Service again!

I've been with this outfit for over 10 years on my previous home. They are non-nonsense, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They always seem to be able to shake loose an appointment on short notice to do a look-over, an adjustment, a retrofit, or where appropriate, a new garage door and/or opener. I highly recommend these guys. And by the way, you may read somewhere that someone says they're pricey. The guy who installed the door and the opener on the new home I built didn't do it correctly, obviously trying to save money by doing it on the cheap. Precision recommended the fix and gave a very reasonable quote on a high-quality opener and springs. This may be news to some, but you get what you pay for.

So pleased with the service from Bryan Narvaez and Precision! Garage door was failing to close erratically. Never knew when it would act up. Difficult problem to diagnose but appreciate their persistence and willingness to find a solution (a new motor).
