My request for service was made in mid-afternoon on Super Bowl Sunday. Anthony arrived late afternoon and found problems with the sensors, which he temporarily repaired. When he returns tomorrow I will have him replace them. As a bonus, he verified an issue with a neighbor’s door motor and assisted in setting up a possible repair appointment for tomorrow. I could not ask for a better representative of your fine company than Anthony.

Dylan contacted us with arrival time and was considerate of our schedules. He diagnosed our problem and repaired the door to our satisfaction. I am concerned that when Precision replaced our opener last year (under warranty), why they installed a PDS 370 instead of the more powerful PDS 380 on a very heavy door. I think that would have alleviated any problem.

We had an issue with our garage door, called at about noon and had a technician at our home by 4:30 p.m. The technician, Dyland Leonard diagnosed the problem, discussed how we was going to repair it, provided us with the cost estimate, and got it taken care of. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Dylan also identified cracks in the rollers, showed us where the problems were, and provided us with his recommendations. All in all, Dylan did an excellent job, and we recommend him and Precision Door Service if you need timely repairs on your garage door.
