Alex was prompt, fixed the problem, gave us options and took care of what we needed. Alex was very pleasant to work with.

The service was great. Ryan was fantastic got in and got it done quickly all I had to do was supply a ladder for him to get up to my 12 foot ceiling. Overall everything was great. The only thing I can complain about would be the price it seemed a little high after I checked out exactly what the rollers cost and stuff like that I feel like the price was probably I would say 100 maybe even $200 high, but the service was good. I’ll change that to great thanks.

Bryan was prompt and very courteous. Our garage door opener was over 15 years old and I decided to replace it rather than try and fix it. Bryan worked for about an hour and a half. Upon completion he explained everything. I appreciated their fast response to my problem.

Bryan was wonderful and restored my confidence in Precision.

He customized our payment to save us money. He gave me multiple options for the repair. He was so patient with me while I asked the same questions over and over in order to understand each option. He repaired it the same day and quickly. He gave me tips on what to watch for in other parts of my garage door that weren’t having problems yet. I learned a lot! He also offered to refasten our one of the sensors that has come loose for no charge. He was kind and courteous! I will be calling him every time we need something fixed on our garage door.
