Dyan arrived at the time agreed on. He was very professional. He checked out my problem and gave me 3/4 possible choices to correct my problem. He explained each option in a method I could understand. My choice was new motor and springs after his explanation of my present opener and motor and springs. He went right to work and completed the entire job very quickly. Dyan was very good at his job. Highly recommend him and Precision Door Service.

Jon was very honest and upfront. He didn't try to oversell me. I appreciated that. He let me talk things through so I could make the best decision. I didn't make the decision I originally wanted to make, but I made the best choice because I was able to get feed back from Jon. He re-bolted and fortified one of the braces without being asked.
