Precision Door handled this matter very quickly. I called on Wednesday and they arrived the next day. Jake was very personable and arrived at the first of the previously quoted appointment time that I was given. He gave me several options to consider and then did the work that I had requested. His work was completed quickly and my garage was left clean. I was provided a quote ahead of time that was fair. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

I wish all the service people I come in contact with were as great as Jake! He came in and it took about 5 seconds for him to fix the problem. It was an easy fix but he double checked everything before he left. Yay Jake!

Even though the only thing he had to do was plug it back in(dad unplugged it for some reason. He’s 90) the repairman checked out everything to make sure it was working correctly. He was also very continuous of the current virus situation.

Our garage door service was completed 1 day after our phone request. Josh fixed our electronic eye sensors and the door seems to be working correctly once again. I would have never have guessed that the problem was the sensors as I still had lights showing. I am grateful for a trained service technician that can quickly problem solve and fix the problem correctly. Josh came at the designated appointment time that I had been given and he was kind enough to call and let us know when he was on his way. Great work! Thanks Josh!

Josh provided excellent, fast and quality work. He called prior to arrival to give us a 15 minute heads up of his arrival time which was towards the first of the window quoted for the appointment time from the company. After careful examination, he provided a list of suggested fixes and allowed me to choose which services I wanted to invest in. He worked quickly and left the garage clean. He was very courteous, clean and friendly. The billing was fair for the work done. Everything seems to be working properly once again. THANK YOU!
