Trevor was “fantastic” — extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He was very honest and helpful for us to make effective and efficient decisions on our garage doors. We look forward to working with Trevor in the future.

The Service and the Product Sold (above) are slightly inaccurate, but your selection lists don’t give the proper selections. The Product Sold was a set of new (replacement) electronic “eyeballs” because the caps (cheap-axxxd plastic ones broke when touched in the freezing weather. While the springs weren’t replaced, Trevor did electronically readjust the door closure so no light appeared under the door. Trevor arrived when stated on time, retrieved the necessary parts, and replaced them in a competent, professional manner. I’m highly satisfied with the entire process.

After a power outage, my garage doors weren’t closing properly or opening correctly. I called precision door this morning and they were here a few hours later and had the problem corrected in less than an 30 minutes. I have used precision for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service.

Vincent bid the job and arranged for Josh to repair a broken spring until our installation could take place. Spencer installed the new door in less than 4 hours.
