Russell Called before arriving & arrived on time He explained everything he was doing as he was working. He should me what was wrong with my door. He was a gentleman. And he smelled good.

Techs arrived promptly, were friendly and professional. Techs did the framing and installed the garage door at one visit and I am very satisfied with there work. Tech was Travis Hunter and framer was Spencer.

Russel was super professional and helpful, explaining the parts and what went wrong, and then doing a great job of fixing the spring so the garage door operated properly. I'd recommend Precision for any garage related work in the future.

Great service from the second I called and spoke to the person that scheduled the appointment and also the Technician (Trenton). He gave me a call as soon as he finished the job before me to let me know he was on his way. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need - he was fast and courteous.

They came out the same day when called in the afternoon quick response. He was very helpful on fixing the issue which was a broken wire that helps the door go up and down. Explained the maintenance and the pro and cons to updating the wheels on the door .. Russell was friendly and helpful. Will be recommending the company and and will be using in the future.

I only talk to Vincent over the phone today. My mistake. I wasn’t home to meet him. We re-scheduled for tomorrow morning. Sounds like a great guy and will work with me whatever I need.

Russell Holland was a complete pro. Our appointment was at the end of the day so he didn't start work until 6:00 pm. He quickly diagnosed that one of the door springs was broken, then offered the option of replacing the ball bearing end plates as well. Good thing that we did, because those were shot as well. He completed the work in a timely fashion, then lubed all the parts and adjusted one of the hinges for me. I highly recommend Russell and Precision Door Service.
