Vincent came to help diagnose what the issue what with my garage door. Apparently the spring snapped and the door wasn't able to open on just one spring. We looked at options and I ended up buying a new door as the one I had already had some damage to the panels. He got me scheduled for next week and was very professional and polite. On the day of installation Spencer right on time and did the removal of the old door and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. Your tec was just out to sell me a lot more than I needed. He quoted me a price to replace springs that weren't broken rollers hinges a lot of parts that I didn't want. I didn't trust him and won't do business with this company! Are you running a scam on people? Some women do know better than to fall for your dishonest practices.
