The instaler was very nice and gave me good operation information. It is so nice to have a garage door that opens and closes like it should. I used to have to pull my car out, then go back into the house and close from inside the garage control, then go back out through the front door to leave !!!!

Precision was excellent in every way. They promptly scheduled an appointment for their technicians to come and replace the broken garage door springs. They showed up well within the time frame as promised. They pointed out things I did not know about for future reference and did not try to sell me things that were not necessary. They were good workers and got right to it when they showed up. Friendly, informative and experienced. No one could have done more. I highly recommend them with no reservation.
