Our spring broke on our garage door so it was no longer able to open. Scheduling was easy via online. We received text and email notifications about our appointment and when the technician was on his way. Our technician also called us to let us know when he was about 20 mins away. Russell was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on. He was also quick and efficient. He was very patient in answering all of my questions.
