Josh Stone did a superior job of installing two new door operators. This is a result of his installing the first door operator several weeks ago with such efficiency and effectiveness that we wanted to replace all of our door openers. He was sensitive to our time constraints, keeps us well informed, and does what he says. I would recommend him to anyone in need of garage door assistance.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door service! Our garage door broke and would not go up. I went on Precision's website and was able to schedule a service call for the very next day. Our tech's arrival window was between 12-2 and when Trevor finished up at his previous appointment, he called to see if it would be ok to come early...this never happens! Normally you're waiting around after your arrival window wondering if this person is ever going to show up! Trevor was amazing...he diagnosed the problem and ending up repairing everything under warranty with no cost to us. He was courteous and professional.
