Called Precision late on Sunday and they had a Technician out at 8:30am next day. Repair Technician was Russell Holland and he was terrific. Straight to the point and had the door fixed in less than 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend Russell and Precision!

The technician did a great job, kept us informed on what they were doing and took the time to explain the new door opener and how it worked. And because the old opener wasn’t strong enough they put in a stronger one at no charge!!! I can’t say enough good things about them.

Arrived ahead of time, evaluated the door and gave me two choices and the difference between the two. Very impressed with his professionalism.

I've been with this outfit for over 10 years on my previous home. They are non-nonsense, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They always seem to be able to shake loose an appointment on short notice to do a look-over, an adjustment, a retrofit, or where appropriate, a new garage door and/or opener. I highly recommend these guys. And by the way, you may read somewhere that someone says they're pricey. The guy who installed the door and the opener on the new home I built didn't do it correctly, obviously trying to save money by doing it on the cheap. Precision recommended the fix and gave a very reasonable quote on a high-quality opener and springs. This may be news to some, but you get what you pay for.
