Excellent! We just moved back to the area and called Precision as we'd had previous great experiences with this company. This experience was no different. The tech/Josh called to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly. He presented the options and proceeded with diagnosis work. He discussed his findings with me and went over the different options. He is polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled. The work was completed in a flash and we had a garage door working far better than we he arrived. It was nice to know we could continue to rely on Precision Garage Door services. Thank you!

I scheduled a same day appointment online for later that same afternoon to get an estimate for new doors and openers after an accident left one of our doors unusable. Even before the appointment Josh was communicating with me to let me know his ETA, he took great care measuring and making sure we understood all our options for new doors and what the lead time on everything would be. We weren’t planning on it, but Josh was able to install two new openers and get our garage back into working order. What I assumed would be an estimate only appointment turned into getting not just an estimate but also two new openers meticulously installed. Josh was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. The openers are pretty nice too - but let’s be honest, everyone installs the same couple openers, the service and quality of the people here are the real value.
