Not only a good tech, but a good salesperson for your company to recommend a number of things we hadn't considered doing initially, but it all made sense to do while here, and he wasn't a high-pressure guy. Was on time and thorough, and cleaned up unused parts...not like the last company we used that left a mess and hardware everywhere.
