Dylan was our service tech and he was very helpful in explaining the reason for the problems we were experiencing and the best options for addressing them. I felt he was knowledgeable, honest, fair and efficient. The new opener is a big upgrade over the old one. We can't even hear the door move now, whereas before our door sounded like Dracula's coffin.

Brett did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up and set up all remotes including my vehicle with a built in opener button. New setup is very quite compared to old system. Wife and I are very happy and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door service.

Brett was fantastic to work with. My 3rd car garage wouldn't open, he diagnosed the issue, called me with options, and fixed it on the spot, but also did maintenance on my main garage door, because he could tell it needed more grease, and he did that at no charge to me.
