Trenton came out and listened to my concerns and then did a thorough inspection of all parts associated with the doors operation. He made a recommendation for the best results and broke down by probable results if I did the minimum service verse really correcting the problem. He wasn't try to push one way or the other, just presenting the information. I appreciated the honest approach, allowing me to decide. I chose the best solution and wondered if I needed to reschedule when there was more time. I was pleased that he said he had everything in his truck and could have the work completed under 90 minutes. He was true to his word, at the end I have a quality opener, new rollers and a smooth opening garage door that should be trouble free for years to come. I appreciated Trenton thorough work and explanation to me. Great employee!

Our garage door broke early in the morning. We submitter a repair request and we were scheduled for 12- 2 pm. Trent called and asked if he could come early. He arrived and let us know the issues. He then went to work. My wife was home and he explained everything to her. His speed, professionalism and customer service could not have been better. Trenton made some adjustments to the door and it works great. Very satisfied with his work. However, I was promised a call back two days ago which never happened. I could have done the adjustment myself had I gotten the call back and avoided the service call.
