The Teck was vary good. He knows what he is doing. The door sounds good now going up and down.

Our existing garage door opener started malfunctioning one morning and I went to the internet to find someone to fix it. I called Precision Door and they had an opening that afternoon (thank heavens, same day!). The tech, Russell, was friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem in minutes: we need a new door opener (not welcome news, it was expensive.) Russell was quick and efficient and had the whole job done in a couple of hours, which was awesome! Here is the best part: My wife and I went out for dinner and when we got home and tried to shut the door, it didn't close properly. Russell had left us a his card, so I texted him. He called me the first thing the next morning and lead me through diagnosing the problem. It just needed some fine tuning of the safety lights. One of his fellow techs, Jeramy, showed up within minutes and fixed the problem. I'd work with this company any day and recommend them highly!

Jeramy was a rockstar! I showed him the problem and he then did a full safety inspection. Once that was done (it only took about 15 minutes) he gave me 3 options for repair. He explained everything that was included in each so I understood. Great company

The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help. He knew it was urgent, and he responded beyond my expectations. Jeremy Evans is an employee any company would be lucky to have. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
