I was very pleased that Precision was able to send a tech to fix our garage door on the same day I called. The technician, Bryan Narvaez was excellent. As it turns out, our garage door motor was not failing. Bryan made some adjustments to the motor and it works fine now. He did not charge us for the adjustment or the service call. However, our motor is old and will probably need to be replaced in the near future and I will call Bryan to purchase a new motor and have him install it for us.

Bryan was great! On time, comprehensive in his knowledge, fast clean installation and friendly. Would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing fast and efficient service. May pay a little more but well worth it in the end.

What a great experience it was having Bryan repair my own stupid mistake in under 45 minutes today! I will keep Precision Door Service on my short list if I ever need service once again.

Bryan was awesome! Came early and worked fast. Gave us several choices for our repair and did not pressure us or try to upsell us...just gave us our option. They came within a few hours of our call so that was a huge bonus as well. My only opportunity for improvement is that the total cost was kinda high...but I guess everything is these days.
