Door would not close. Found lose wires, repaired with water proof covers. Discovered some bolts (screws) had fallen out over the years. Replaced them. Put in all new rollers. Door works well and is much quieter. Russell was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The company gave me same day service, followed up with a text schedule. Russell sent a text and later followed up with a phone call. Outstanding customer service.

Russell was great. He explained the problem to me, and replaced the pins that I had accidentally knocked out. He also talked about other options if I wanted to do additional repairs, but there was no pressure.

The technician arrived early, assessed the problem, and gave me choices as to the level of repair. He was efficient, friendly, and I am very satisfied. The garage door breakdown happened late Friday afternoon. Unable to open the door I called Customer Service just before 5pm, explained the situation and got scheduled for a service visit early Monday morning. The tech texted me and arrived early within the scheduled arriving window. He quickly diagnosed the broken spring but was not able to start of the repair as the garage and car had to be removed for proper access to complete the repair. He quickly rearranged his schedule and we agreed that he would come back after lunch. We communicated via text and Russell arrived as agreed and completed the repair in just over an hour. The whole process from scheduling to the repair was excellent and efficient. Precision Door Service is a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended! Thank You!
