Nick was great and helped me pick the perfect door. We had some trouble finding the perfect color, but Nick had great insight and allowed us to choose the best option. Sky needed to make a slight adjustment and showed up on time and got it completed. We love our new door and can't believe how smooth it runs. Thank you, Nick and Sky we appreciate all your help.

We tried everything and could not get our new door opener to work. Turns out the remote for the wall was bad. Bought a new one from you guys and everything else programed just fine. Works great now.

Jeramy was wonderful - he quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly presented my options for replacing my 20-year old garage door opener, and then installed a new opener and keypad later in the week. Really appreciated how seamless the whole process was.

Well, I can go on and on over the quick response and the great service we received from Precision . After a meeting time was set (within minutes of calling) We were contacted by an installer, Jeramy Evans. He took customer service to the next level. Inspecting the condition of our door and space, the age of our doors equipment and listening to our needs...he had options and quotes in minutes. Within 4 hours we had a new garage door opener installed and minor upgrades to our original hardware done. yes, Done! I loved this experience. We will recommend Precision and Jeramy at any given moment. Laura H

The technician did a great job, kept us informed on what they were doing and took the time to explain the new door opener and how it worked. And because the old opener wasn’t strong enough they put in a stronger one at no charge!!! I can’t say enough good things about them.

Cordon did a great job! Kept us informed, explained the differences with the new door, and that we would get a new opener at no charge. I highly recommend them
