Kodee La Fever was my install technician. He installed a new garage door, rails and spring, in under 2 hrs. He was awesome! Arrived within the 2 hr block as scheduled. He was very tidy throughout the install, as to keeping area cleaned up, with ALL sharp objects and screws deposited into his garbage pail as he worked. Garage Door panels and rails were loaded. To be taken away. He was kind and friendly, so I felt very comfortable with him.

I needed a garage door estimate, and replacement. Awesome sales person! Felt comfortable with him and his company. Great with handling things in a way I was comfortable with. Kept in contact with me through out the entire process, until things were paid for and scheduled. I would totally recommend him! Loved the 2 hr. appt. block that I was given. He made it to my house within a half hour of making the appointment. Had samples in his car, which made a big deal of difference… large samples rather than just textured color swatches. My 22 year-old garage door was no longer available, so having the large panel sample to compare it to my exiting garage door was so helpful. Super great in trying to have it installed ASAP. Next day instillation was available. Mike was awesome!

Workers arrived as scheduled and proceeded to inspect my garage door opener and informed me of my options. Once I selected an opener, they to remove my old door opener and Installed the new one. Works great. Thank you.

I really appreciated the email notification with a photo of the service agent, so I recognized Jesse when he arrived. He reached out ahead of time to update me on his arrival and remained communicative and informative throughout the entire process. Jesse quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. Jesse M. was my service person yesterday. He was able to come on the same day that I called Precision Garage Doors which was super because I couldn't use my garage door at all. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my garage door problem. He described to me everything that he was going to do to fix it and he even gave me some options. He worked quickly and took care of everything. He told me some things I could do to help maintain my garage door. I was very pleased with everything Jesse did.
