He was able to do a check on the door, lube, & tune it up in a timely manner, and he mentioned a couple of things, one as a preventive issue, but did not pressure me in any way to agree to have it done! The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help.
