I showed Trevor the broken bracket on the garage door and he was able to replace it with a new bracket. He made some adjustments to the garage door opener, lubed all moving parts and tested everything. It works like it was new. Trevor was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the company itself. The garage door broke last night at 10 PM and I called this morning about 8:15 AM. They said the technician would be here between ten and noon. Trevor called me at 9:30 AM and said he was in Farmington and would be here in 30 minutes and he arrived promptly at 10. The company also sent me texts and emails during that timeframe. Fair price.
