Dylan was great and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. Overpriced service. I think that the parts were very overpriced and once the technician is here there is no option for me to say that to him because he cannot change it. Also when I called to schedule the appointment they said to me that the $80 service fee would applied to the total cost of the job but that was not the case. It was added separately to the total cost. Anyway all these pricing tricks are not very honest but I guess is part of your business model.

I could not be happier with the service that we received today. Dylan was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our appointment was for 12:00 PM and I was notified that this was the start of a 2 hour window for arrival. Dylan was at my house 10 minutes early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us into doing anything more than just the part that was broken. We chose to go the route that gave us a lifetime warranty which included much more than the bad part. Within an hour and a half everything was completed and we were taken care of. This was my second time using Precision and I will continue to do so and to refer anyone I know as well! Thank you!
