They arrived when they said they would, they had the parts I needed on their truck, they got the job done quickly, they cleaned up and left everything looking great. I could not be happier. The spring broke today, they fixed it today, boom, problem solved. If only everything else could be handled so easily. Precision Door really was an “easy” button, go ahead and press it for yourself.

Needed a same day, weekend appointment due to an emergency. No problem in getting me set up. Installers were great. They knew well in advance they were going to be delayed for my appointment. Our garage door has been giving us grief for months. Everything the sun would hit the garage door, the door wouldn't close. We finally called Precision. Vincent was on time and had our door tuned up, replaced the sensors, switched the sensor sides, and recessed the sensors deeper behind the frame. So far the door has worked beautifully!! No more sun interference and frustration!! Thank you Vincent 😊

We are thrilled with our new garage door opener! Dylan showed up about 5:45 pm and checked out my old opener. He could have fixed it, but it was 25 years old and he was surprised it had lasted that long. I chose to replace it and was surprised that Dylan stayed at my home until it was installed and all was ready to go again. He left about 8:00 pm. Plus it was very cold out there! Thank you Dylan and Precision!

I love my experience with Precision! They were available over the weekend to take my call, they came out to my house on a holiday, and had me up and running within 24 hrs of my diagnostic appointment. My tech, Josh, was awesome. He was polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Precision again!
