We also paid for the parts replaced besides. Fuel charges should be part of the Service Charge right?

Very nice and friendly. Explained everything for the new garage door openers for car and outside openers. Very please! They had an appointment opening and they were out the same day. Thank you!!

Taylor came on time and was very courteous and kind he explained everything so I could understand and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it and repaired everything quickly then taught me how to properly maintain and lubricate parts of the garage door system. I would definitely call Taylor from Precision again!

Garage door spring broke and the original installer was 14 days out to repair it. We called Precision and Bryan fixed it the same day. I would happily use their services again.

Russell is a good mechanic and is pleasant to work with.

I really appreciate Russell’s honesty. We had been experiencing issues opening and closing our garage door with our remotes and keypad off and on for at least a year. Russell quickly determined that the type of light bulb we had installed in the overhead portion of our unit was the cause of our issues. He was correct. That was two months ago and we have not had any problems since we changed our bulb. The most amazing part is that he didn’t charge us for the service call. Thank you Russell.
