I was very pleased with Vincent. He represents you well. The problem disappeared, but I did ask for a total door replacement bid. he took measurements and gave excellent suggestions. I almost bought it then, but with advise from my better half I am getting bids for the job. We have loved what you have provided in the past. We still may go with you, but only after I get bids from a few others first. Next week I will know. Could you please send me the bid from Precision so I compare correctly? Thank you

Was told $289 on phone. When the technician came out he quoted me $701. That was just replacing the spring and bearings. I told him no way. What a waste of time. Otherwise, Dylan was a very nice guy and I don’t blame him. I blame the girl on the phone who was obviously trained to under quote people on the people hoping that they would just lay down later. This is going on Yelp. Sorry I don’t believe you will put this on your website. Another lie

Dylan was our service tech and he was very helpful in explaining the reason for the problems we were experiencing and the best options for addressing them. I felt he was knowledgeable, honest, fair and efficient. The new opener is a big upgrade over the old one. We can't even hear the door move now, whereas before our door sounded like Dracula's coffin.
