We were very pleased with the service we received from Precision Garage Doors. Our appointment for repairing our broken door was scheduled quickly, the technician called to let us know he was running a bit late due to problems on a previous job, and when he arrived, he was knowledgeable and pleasant. The warranty we had purchased when we bought our new door was honored, thus saving us a great deal of money. Thank you for great service.

Cody is awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to talk to me and explain all about the doors and my options. I didn’t feel pressured at all, that is always a plus!

The technician was very friendly and professional. Precision has been servicing our garage door for over 10 years. Each time they have been quick to respond and repair any issues. If it was something covered under warranty they would repair it without any questions.

Dylan was our service tech and he was very helpful in explaining the reason for the problems we were experiencing and the best options for addressing them. I felt he was knowledgeable, honest, fair and efficient. The new opener is a big upgrade over the old one. We can't even hear the door move now, whereas before our door sounded like Dracula's coffin.

Brett did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up and set up all remotes including my vehicle with a built in opener button. New setup is very quite compared to old system. Wife and I are very happy and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door service.

Brett was fantastic to work with. My 3rd car garage wouldn't open, he diagnosed the issue, called me with options, and fixed it on the spot, but also did maintenance on my main garage door, because he could tell it needed more grease, and he did that at no charge to me. As a landlord I really appreciate that kind of service, because it's not always easy to get out to the property. Thank you, Brett!

Safety Sensors were not working correctly. I spent 3 hours trying to fix them myself. Finally gave up and called Precision for help. They were at my door within a couple of hours. Cody diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issues. Thanks for the great service and quick response time!!

Dylan explained all the options to me and gave me a cost estimate before beginning his work. He is very efficient. Didn’t take very long to do the work that was needed. He also told me about repairs that I could plan for in the future. He was very helpful.
