I was a little upset when my wife paid the extra to get the limited lifetime warranty by having a complete overhaul nearly 14 years ago when a garage door spring broke. A spring broke last night and a technician showed up this afternoon replacing springs and bearings and honoring the warranty. No unexpected expenses. I’m encouraged to find a company that stand behind their work. And I’m delighted we paid the extra 14 years ago as prices have skyrocketed since then.

I am very satisfied with Bryan’s work and professionalism. The service was completed quickly. The entire process of scheduling the service, communication leading up to the service call and the work done during the call were all grade A+.

I really appreciate it Bryan’s help today. He came and immediately went to work on my garage door. Apparently something in it had failed. He is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I thank you so much for all you have done.
