I called late at night because the garage door would not open. I got a person on the line who told me he would have someone pass by between 8 and 10 am,. Jake and his co-worker (did not get his name) were very professional and courteous. Jake called me and left a message the day of service with regard to scheduling, and he arrived during the window specified. He explained the service procedure and the install was done quickly. I am pleased with the result, as the seal was placed very well so that there are no gaps. Overall I am very happy with the service, price, and workmanship.
