I was a little upset when my wife paid the extra to get the limited lifetime warranty by having a complete overhaul nearly 14 years ago when a garage door spring broke. A spring broke last night and a technician showed up this afternoon replacing springs and bearings and honoring the warranty. No unexpected expenses. I’m encouraged to find a company that stand behind their work. And I’m delighted we paid the extra 14 years ago as prices have skyrocketed since then.

Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us options to take care of the repair. We decided to use your opener. His removal of the old one and installation of the new one was very professionally done. He explained how to use the remotes and general operation.

The installer was very good and seemed to be very qualified in what he was doing. He was very friendly and explained absolutely everything to us. He also asked if we had any further questions before leaving. He never seemed hurried and did an excellent job!! Will definitely call when we need additional service in the future. Dylan was professional. He told us if this happens again the motor needs to be replaced. As for our initial experience with precision doors we weren’t happy with not seeing an actual document of pricing when we paid for the services. We we told a price and yet the price on the credit card statement was higher. We will not recommend this company to any friends or family.

Brett was fantastic to work with. My 3rd car garage wouldn't open, he diagnosed the issue, called me with options, and fixed it on the spot, but also did maintenance on my main garage door, because he could tell it needed more grease, and he did that at no charge to me. As a landlord I really appreciate that kind of service, because it's not always easy to get out to the property. Thank you, Brett!
