Trevor was very professional, and was willing to answer all my questions. Trevor repaired my garage door so well, I don't think it has ever worked so well. I will definitely use precision garage door in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Taylor did a good job and was really quick. Replaced broken springs, cables, wheels and bearings, broken handle pin and bracket, lubed everything, and balanced the door weight. He explained the different options clearly.

The service was great. Josh did a fine job. However the 59.95 25 point inspection charge should have been included in the cost of lube and tune. This extra cost was excessive and most places absorb the cost and I think you should to. If you choose not to refund this cost to me I will tell as many customers about my complaint on social media. Thanks for asking me for my feedback.
