Jake was really friendly and helpful. He was able to come a little early and called to check if that was okay. That worked great for me. He explained why the door wasn’t working and fixed it really quickly. There was no charge since it was under warranty, so that was nice!

Josh is a very knowledgeable technician. I was very pleased with the service and time it took from my first call to completed. Josh had some great advice for things in the future to watch for. When it’s time to replace, I will be calling him back. Thank you so much.

Called to set up an appointment to have a keypad installed for my mom for Xmas. Precision came out the same day, a few days before Xmas, and was done in no time! The Tech was really fast and nice. I would recommend Precision of Salt Lake!!
